Junior Software Developer

About This Role

Probation Period: First 3 Months Working Days: 5 Days per Week Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Amar Fuel is looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Software Developer to join our on-site technology team in Dhaka. You will work on practical software projects, live client systems, industrial automation dashboards, web applications, and server-side solutions.

Responsibilities

• ▸Develop and maintain web applications, dashboards, ERP modules, and internal software tools.
• ▸Work with PHP, React JS, Next.js, Bootstrap 4, Bootstrap 5, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• ▸Maintain client websites, hosted applications, databases, and live server environments.
• ▸Support Amar Fuel’s fuel automation, industrial monitoring, vehicle management, and IoT projects.
• ▸Troubleshoot software, API, database, server, and deployment-related issues.
• ▸Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
• ▸Understand client requirements and assist in turning them into practical software solutions.
• ▸Support technical presentations, live demonstrations, and project documentation.
• ▸Coordinate with the development and implementation team during project delivery.

Qualifications

• ▸Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).
• ▸Good practical knowledge of PHP.
• ▸Good understanding of React JS and Next.js.
• ▸Strong working knowledge of Bootstrap 4 and Bootstrap 5.
• ▸Good understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• ▸Knowledge of database queries, table design, relationships, and CRUD operations.
• ▸Ability to build responsive web interfaces.
• ▸Understanding of REST API integration will be an advantage.
• ▸Basic knowledge of Linux server, hosting, Apache, Nginx, Git, or deployment will be an advantage.
• ▸Good presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• ▸Willingness to visit client sites when needed.
